लिखित परीक्षा के लिए उम्मीदवारों को महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश

1. उम्मीदवारों को अपने चेहरे को नकाब से ढंककर आना चाहिए। बिना फेस मास्क के उम्मीदवारों को कोई प्रवेश नहीं दिया जाएगा। उम्मीदवारों को पहचान के उद्देश्य से मुखौटा हटाने के लिए कहा जा सकता है। उम्मीदवारों को स्वच्छता और थर्मल स्क्रीनिंग के बाद परीक्षा केंद्र में प्रवेश करने की अनुमति दी जाएगी। सरकार द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार उम्मीदवार सामाजिक भेद सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

2. अभ्यर्थी को 2 हालिया रंगीन फोटो के साथ कानूनी रूप से मुद्रित एडमिट कार्ड लाना होगा, एक एडमिट कार्ड पर चिपकाया जाएगा, जो राजपत्रित अधिकारी द्वारा विधिवत रूप से सत्यापित किया गया हो और एक पहचान प्रमाण जैसे फोटो ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, वोटर कार्ड, आधार कार्ड, पासपोर्ट आदि परीक्षा में दिया गया हो। केंद्र विफल हो रहा है जो उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा केंद्र में प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

3. उम्मीदवार को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि वह / उसके पास अपेक्षित योग्यता और आयु आदि है और कट-ऑफ की तारीख पर विज्ञापन के अनुसार उक्त पद के लिए सभी पात्रता शर्तों को पूरा करता है। यदि किसी भी स्तर पर, यह पाया जाता है कि उम्मीदवार आवश्यक पात्रता शर्तों को पूरा नहीं करता है, तो उसकी / उसकी उम्मीदवारी को बिना किसी कारण या नोटिस के रद्द किए बिना तुरंत रद्द कर दिया जाएगा। इस संबंध में कोई दावा / मुआवजा स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा। एडमिट कार्ड अनंतिम है और कट-ऑफ तिथि पर विज्ञापित पात्रता शर्तों की पूर्ति के अधीन है।

4. उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा केंद्र में (रिपोर्टिंग समय) दिनांक 09.01.2021 से 10.01.2021 (सुबह और शाम का सत्र) में 08:30 बजे तक प्रवेश करना चाहिए। (सुबह का सत्र) और ०१.०० पी.एम. (इवनिंग सेशन) सेनिटेशन, थर्मल स्क्रीनिंग को सक्षम करने के लिए, सिक्योरिटी स्टॉफ द्वारा फ्रिस्किंग करना, एडवाइजर द्वारा एडमिट कार्ड की जांच करना, अटेंडेंस शीट में अटेंडेंस अंकित करना और अन्य औपचारिकताएं पूरी करना। कोई भी प्रवेश 09:30 बजे तक अनुमति नहीं देगा (सुबह का सत्र) और ०२:०० पी.एम. (शाम का सत्र) उम्मीदवार को परीक्षा समाप्त होने से पहले परीक्षा केंद्र छोड़ने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

5. उम्मीदवार परीक्षा शुरू होने से पहले और पाँच मिनट के भीतर यह सुनिश्चित कर लेगा कि उसकी / उसके टेस्ट बुकलेट के सभी पृष्ठ ठीक से छपे हुए हैं और टेस्ट बुकलेट ओएमआर शीट और टेस्ट बुकलेट के सीरियल नंबर के साथ किसी भी तरह से क्षतिग्रस्त नहीं है। प्रत्येक अन्य। किसी भी विसंगति के मामले में, उम्मीदवार को तत्काल परीक्षण पुस्तिका के प्रतिस्थापन के लिए मामले को पर्यवेक्षक को रिपोर्ट करना चाहिए। इस संबंध में दावा परीक्षा शुरू होने के पांच मिनट बाद किया जाएगा।

6. उम्मीदवार ओएमआर उत्तर पत्रक पर सही टेस्ट बुकलेट कोड भरना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। यदि बुकलेट कोड के लिए स्थान रिक्त है या एक से अधिक बुकलेट कोड दर्शाए गए हैं, तो नाम और गैर-फिलिंग नहीं है और निर्देश के अनुसार रोल नंबर नहीं है, इसे एक गलत बुकलेट कोड माना जाएगा और उत्तर पत्रक का मूल्यांकन नहीं किया जाएगा। ।

7. टेस्ट बुकलेट कोड लिखने में किसी भी त्रुटि या चूक से उत्पन्न सभी परिणामों के लिए उम्मीदवार स्वयं / खुद पूरी तरह से जिम्मेदार होंगे। उम्मीदवार अपनी एलटीआई (पुरुष) और आरटीआई (महिला) को तीनों ओएमआर उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं, यानी मूल प्रति, आयोग की प्रति और उम्मीदवार की प्रति में घोषणा पत्र पर प्रस्तुत करेगा।

8. उम्मीदवारों को चेतावनी दी जाती है कि वे ओएमआर उत्तर पत्रक पर किसी भी प्रकार की तह, आंसू, नष्ट या कोई निशान न बनाएं। परीक्षा के दौरान ओएमआर शीट में किसी भी तरीके से खरोंच या क्षति को नष्ट करने के लिए इरेज़र, नेल, ब्लेड, व्हाइट फ्लुइड / व्हाइटनर आदि का उपयोग पूर्णत: प्रतिबंधित है। उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं को किसी भी तरीके से नष्ट करने, खरोंचने या क्षति पहुंचाने के लिए इरेज़र, ब्लेड, नाखून या सफेद तरल पदार्थ / व्हाइटनर का उपयोग करने वाले उम्मीदवारों की ओएमआर शीट रद्द कर दी जाएगी।

9. प्रत्येक प्रश्न के चार वैकल्पिक उत्तर हैं, जिनमें से केवल एक सही है। प्रत्येक प्रश्न के लिए, केवल ओएमआर शीट की ओरिजनल कॉपी पर केवल एक सर्कल को डार्क करें, जो आपको लगता है कि आयोग द्वारा प्रदान की गई केवल ब्लू / ब्लैक बॉल पेन के साथ ओएमआर उत्तर पत्रक पर सही उत्तर है। उम्मीदवारों को चेतावनी दी जाती है कि वे आयोग की कॉपी और उम्मीदवार की कॉपी पर कुछ भी अंकित न करें। मूल ओएमआर शीट की छाप स्वचालित रूप से आयोग की प्रति और उम्मीदवार की ओएमआर उत्तर पुस्तिका की प्रति पर अंकित होगी। सर्कल को काला करने के लिए पेंसिल का उपयोग नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। यदि, एक से अधिक चक्र गहरे पाए जाते हैं, तो उस उत्तर का मूल्यांकन नहीं किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा, यदि कोई अभ्यर्थी एक से अधिक घेरे में अंधेरा कर लेता है और इरेजर, नेल, ब्लेड, व्हाइट फ्लुइड / व्हाइटनर आदि के साथ किसी भी स्थान पर किसी भी तरह से धब्बा / खरोंच करता है, तो ऐसी परिस्थितियों में ओएमआर शीट / उत्तर पुस्तिका और उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी। उम्मीदवार खुद / खुद इसके लिए पूरी तरह से जिम्मेदार होंगे।

10. उम्मीदवारों को किसी भी मोबाइल फोन, किसी भी प्रकार की घड़ी, बेल्ट, पहनने के गहने जैसे अंगूठी, चेन, कान की बाली आदि, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक या संचार उपकरण, पेन, पेंसिल, इरेज़र, शार्पनर और परीक्षा केंद्र में द्रव को सही नहीं करने की चेतावनी दी जाती है। यदि कोई भी उम्मीदवार ऐसी कोई वस्तु रखता है, तो उसे परीक्षा केंद्र में प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। परीक्षार्थी के पास मोबाइल फोन और कोई अन्य सहायता सामग्री / उपकरण पाया गया जैसा कि परीक्षा कक्ष में ऊपर वर्णित

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION

1.        Candidates must come with their face covered with mask. No entry shall be given to candidates without face mask. Candidates may be asked to remove the mask for identification purpose. Candidates will be allowed to enter the examination centre after sanitization & thermal screening. Candidates shall ensure social distancing as per guidelines issued by Government. 2.        Candidate must bring legibly printed Admit Card with 2 recent coloured photo, one pasted on admit card at mark B duly attested by Gazetted Officer and one identity proof with photo like Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card, Passport etc. at the Examination Centre failing which candidate will not be allowed to enter in the Examination Centre. 3.        Candidate should ensure that he/she possesses the requisite qualifications and age etc. and fulfils all the eligibility conditions for the said post as per advertisement on the cut-off date. In case, at any stage, it is found that candidate does not fulfil the essential eligibility conditions, his/her candidature shall be immediately cancelled without assigning any reason or notice besides taking such other action as deemed appropriate by the Commission. No claim/compensation shall be admissible in this regard. The Admit Card is provisional and subject to fulfilment of advertised eligibility conditions on the cut-off date. 4.        Candidate should Enter (Reporting Time) at examination centre on dated 09.01.2021 to 10.01.2021 (Morning & Evening Session) at 08:30 A.M. (Morning Session) & 01.00 P.M. (Evening Session) to enable sanitization, thermal screening, frisking by Security Staff,checking of the admit card by invigilator, marking attendance in the attendance sheet and complete other formalities.No entry shall be allowed after 09:30 A.M. (Morning Session) & 02:00 P.M. (Evening Session) Candidate shall not be allowed to leave the examination centre before the end of examination. 5.        Candidate shall ensure at the start of the examination and within first five minutes, that all pages of His/her test booklet are properly printed and test booklet is not damaged in any manner and serial No. of OMR Sheet and test booklet match with each other.In case of any discrepancy the candidate should immediately report the matter to the invigilator for replacement of test booklet.No claim in this regard will be entertained after five minutes of start of examination. 6.        Candidates shall make sure to fill the correct test booklet code on the OMR Answer Sheet. If the space for the Booklet Code is left blank or more than one booklet code is indicated therein and non-filling of name and roll no.as per instruction,it will be deemed to be an incorrect booklet code & Answer Sheet will not be evaluated. 7.        The candidate himself/herself will be solely responsible for all the consequences arising out of any error or omission in writing the test booklet code. Candidate shall put his/her LTI (Male) and RTI (Female) on attendance sheet, on declaration in all the three OMR answer sheets i.e. Original copy, Commission’s copy and Candidate’s copy. 8.        Candidates are warned not to fold, tear, destroy or make any stray marks on the OMR Answer Sheets. Use of Eraser, Nail, Blade, White Fluid/Whitener etc. to smudge scratch or damage in any manner the OMR Sheet during Examination is strictly prohibited. Candidature/OMR Sheet of candidates using Eraser, Blade, Nail or White Fluids/Whitener to smudge, scratch or damage in any manner the Answer Sheets shall be cancelled. 9.        Each question has four alternative answer of which only one is correct. For each question, darken only one circle on Original copy only of OMR Sheet which ever you think is the correct answer on the OMR answer sheet with only Blue/Black Ball Pen provided by the Commission. The candidates are warned not to mark anything on Commission’s copy and Candidate’s copy. The impression of Original OMR sheet will automatically be marked on Commission’s copy and Candidate’s copy of OMR answer sheet. Pencil should not be used for darkening the circle. If, more than one circle is found darkened, that answer will not be evaluated. Further, if a candidate darken more than one circle and smudge/ scratch any place in any manner with Eraser, Nail, Blade, White Fluid/Whitener etc. Then in such circumstances OMR Sheet/Answer Sheet and candidature of the candidate shall be cancelled. The candidate himself/herself will be solely responsible for this. 10.     Candidates are warned not to carry any mobile phone, any type of watch, belt, wear ornaments like ring, chain, earring etc., electronic or communication device, Pen, Pencil, Eraser, Sharpener and correcting Fluid in the examination centre. If any candidate is found possessing any such item, he/she will not be allowed to enter in the examination centre. Candidate found possessing mobile phone and any other aiding material/device as mentioned above in the examination room will be treated serious violation and it will amount to cancellation of the candidature and debarring him/her from future examination of HSSC. 11.     Candidate shall put his/her signature on the Admit Card at the places printed for it in the presence of Invigilator in the Examination Hall. 12.     The written examination will be supervised by doing frisking before allowing entry into Examination Centre, using CCTV Cameras, Scanning of QR Code/ Attendance, Biometric Attendance, Videography and using Jammers etc. in the Examination Hall/Examination Centre to stop copying and impersonation etc. 13.     Candidate’s request to change the Date, Session, examination centre and seat in the Examination Hall shall not be entertained. 14.     The scanned photograph of the candidate on his/her Admit Card or attendance sheet will be tallied with the candidate appearing in the examination by the invigilator. In the event of any discrepancy in the identification and verification of the candidate and photographs, the candidate shall not be allowed to sit in the examination and be liable for criminal prosecution. 15.     Candidate shall not be allowed to go to the toilet/washroom during first and last thirty minutes of the examination. 16.     Candidate will not be allowed to leave the OMR sheet blank. If any OMR sheet is found blank. It shall be crossed by the invigilator with his/her signature and mentioning “Cancelled” on it. 17.     There will be three copies of OMR answer sheet i.e. Original copy, Commission’s copy and Candidate’s copy. After the examination is over, the candidates shall handover the OMR answer sheet completely i.e. all the three copies and Admit Card to the invigilator and there after invigilator will hand over the Candidate’s copy to the candidate. The candidate can take away the question Booklet along with the Candidate’s copy of OMR answer sheet with him/her. If, the candidate does not handover all the three copies of OMR answer sheets and Admit Card to the invigilator and takes away any of the above documents, his/her candidature shall be cancelled and criminal proceedings shall also be initiated against him/her. 18.     If a candidate does not comply with the instructions as mentioned above or creates any kind of indiscipline, the Commission shall take action as per instructions and in addition can also debar the candidate from appearing in the Examination, to be held in future by HSSC and can also initiate criminal proceedings. 19.     For Persons with Benchmark disability The Persons with Benchmark disability (Blind/Visually Handicapped/Locomotor disability-both arm affected, Cerebral palsy) who wants the help of a scribe to write his/her paper will have to apply to the Centre Superintendent for the permission of a scribe separately, 30 min before the entry time of examination along with the relevant documents i.e. Request, Disability certificate issued by Medical Board constituted by the Chief Medical Officer of the concerned district , Adhaar card of candidate and Scribe, and self-attested affidavit mentioning that he is a Blind/Visually Handicapped/Locomotor disabled(both arm affected) candidate and the qualifications of scribe should be less than the essential qualifications required for the post. The qualifications of the scribe should not be more than matriculate. A similar affidavit from the scribe shall also be required to be submitted to the Centre Superintendent along with the application. Such candidates will be allowed extra time/compensatory time @ 20 minutes per hour. Such permission will be granted by the Centre Superintendent after checking the documents. All the candidates with benchmark disability (Blind/Visually Handicapped/Locomotor disabled (both arm affected)) not availing the facility of scribe may be allowed additional time of 20 minutes per hour. **“person with benchmark disability” means a person with not less than forty per cent. of a specified disability where specified disability has not been defined in measurable terms and includes a person with disability where specified disability has been defined in measurable terms, as certified by the certifying authority. 20.     The above instructions are already available on HSSC website i.e. www.hssc.gov.in . The candidate has to comply with the instructions mentioned above, instructions given in advertisement or instructions printed on Admit Card Question booklet, OMR/Answer Sheet etc. Therefore, the candidates are again advised to read and understand the instructions carefully given by the commission from time to time for written examination/Interview through HSSC website, Advertisement, Examination Notice, Admit card, Question Booklet, OMR/Answer sheet or any other manner.
